Seven years ago, we wanted to build an app to host our entire business. After years in development, Tefter is now where we start and finish our business day, whether working from home or office.

Who is Tefter perfect for? (Intended users)

From directors and managers to other employees, everyone will enjoy its features. It is intended for micro, small or medium businesses, i.e., any company that would like to raise the organization and operations to a new, higher level. Imagine the entire business in one application, accessible through a single login.

Are there any technical requirements for using Tefter?

A computer and the Internet are enough. And you can use Tefter on a mobile phone or tablet, because we made sure to optimize it for work on the go.

How secure is Tefter?

Data security is the most important prerequisite for us, and that is why we regularly update the software to the latest version. In addition, we prevent various attacks – Cross-site scripting (XSS), SQL Injection Attacks, Cross-site request forgery XSRF/CSRF, Session Hijacking are just some of them. We use encryption to store data in the database with AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), while we use DDoS protection and Firewall on the servers.

Does Tefter offer a free trial version?

Yes, Tefter offers one month of free trial to get an impression of what the platform can do, although your company can see the full effect only in the months to come after a successful implementation. What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we bill companies for the use of Tefter on a monthly basis, with an invoice issued after the end of the month of use. We are working on offering other payment options.

What does the cost per user include?

Simply, one account per employee - one subscription. The number of employees, or at least those who would use Tefter, equals the number of subscriptions.
